Summer Passport Program 2023
Experience the Summer Season at Gateway Film Center, featuring an extraordinary collection of culture-changing films from directors around the world. Embark on a captivating journey of cinematic discovery as you delve into a program brimming with cult classics, emerging auteur directors, and the latest buzzworthy releases.
To enhance your summer film adventures, we have crafted a special passport to serve as your guide. Join us for a range of unique Film Center activities and collect stamps from our team members along the way. Each activity presents an opportunity to win exciting prizes, including cash rewards, memberships, retail items, vouchers, and more.
Once the Summer Season concludes on October 1, bring your passport to our Ticket Center. The top three (3) entries with the most stamps in their Summer Passport will receive a prize. The entrant with the most stamps will receive the ultimate prize—a free screening of your choice for you and up to twenty of your closest friends in the exclusive Screening Room 8!
In case of a tie, the winners will be randomly drawn.

How to Enter:
To participate in the 2023 Summer Passport Program, follow these steps:
- Obtain a Summer Passport from Gateway Film Center.
- Attend eligible activities or screenings at Gateway Film Center as listed in the Summer Passport Program, and receive the appropriate stamp, hole punch, or sticker on the day of the activity.
- Prizes for individual activities must be redeemed the same day, unless otherwise stated.
- Once all required sections are completed, submit the completed Passport in person at the Ticket Center at Gateway Film Center. Passports must be received by a Film Center Associate team member to be considered.
- Limit one (1) entry per person. Passports may not be combined.
Prizes:
On or about October 6, 2023, the Center will draw one of the submitted Passports at random. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. If the first drawn Passport is not completed, we will select a new winner. The Center will attempt to notify the potential winner on October 6, 2023. If the potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact them, the Center will select an alternate potential winner from the remaining entries.
One (1) winner will be chosen at random to receive one (1) free screening in Screening Room 8 for themselves and 20 other individuals. This must be redeemed between November 1, 2023, and January 31, 2024. Film content restrictions apply and are subject to approval. The chosen screening date is not guaranteed and must be requested no less than four (4) weeks from the preferred date. The date is subject to approval. The screening is complimentary to the contest winner and their chosen guests and may not be advertised, or promoted, and admission for guests must not be charged. Regular restrictions and expectations apply.
Agreement to Rules:
Participation in the 2023 Summer Passport Program constitutes entrants’ full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decision of the Center, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Terms & Conditions:
The Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the 2023 Summer Passport Program in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond its control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the program/giveaway. The Center also reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms and to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
