About the film:
Miriam promises her lovers the gift of eternal life, but John, her companion for centuries, suddenly discovers that he is getting old minute by minute, so he looks for Dr. Sarah Roberts, a researcher on the mechanisms of aging, and asks her for help.
About the filmmaker:
Tony Scott was a British-born director and producer. At age 16, he made his first appearance on screen as “the boy” in a short film titled Boy and Bicycle (1965) directed by his brother, Ridley Scott. A few years later, Tony directed his first short film, One of the Missing (1969), about a soldier in the American civil war. His premiered his debut feature, the cult vampire film The Hunger (1983), at the Cannes Film Festival in 1983. He went on to direct many notable action and thriller movies including Top Gun (1986), the Quentin Tarantino-written True Romance (1993), Crimson Tide (1995), Enemy of the State (1998), Man on Fire (2004), and his final film, Unstoppable (2010).
