Zora, while caring for her terminally ill daughter, Tuesday, is visited by Death—in the form of a parrot that can change its size. To help Zora cope with what’s to come, Death takes her on an emotional journey to gain a greater appreciation and understanding of life.

“As a woman who has pushed away a lot of hard truths, Louis-Dreyfus delves into a sphere of emotion that she’s never before explored onscreen.”

About the filmmaker:

Daina O. Pusić is a Croatian multi award-winning writer and director based in London.  In 2013, Pusić received the Jelena Rajković award for best Croatian filmmaker under the age of 30, which led to her making her first professional short film The Beast (2015). The project was selected and won the NISI MASA European Short Pitch in 2014.

Her short film The Beast (2015) premiered at the Telluride Film Festival and went on to screen at over 30 festivals, garnering numerous awards including the Golden Pram Award at Zagreb Film Festival, Jury Honourable Mention at Slamdance and Best Short Fiction at LA Film Festival, which enabled the film to be long-listed for an Academy Award. During the 2020 Covid lockdown, Adobe Stock chose Pusić, along with a select few, to create a short film made entirely from Adobe stock footage. The result was We Fight but You’re Fabulous (2023)—a project created entirely online and featured at the Adobe Stock Film Fest 2020. Tuesday (2024), Pisuć’s debut feature film, premiered at Telluride Film Festival in 2023.
