Stéphane is a modest woman living in financial precarity. When her living situation takes a turn for the worse, she decides to reconnect with her estranged father, Serge, who after abandoning her and her mother years earlier, has become incredibly wealthy with a massive estate. As Stéphane enters this new world fueled by secrets and betrayals, she slowly realizes that Serge may not be the genial patriarch she believed him to be.
“nothing is quite as it seems in this jaunty romp… Propelled by revelations, twists and a seasoning of sly humour”
—Allan Hunter, Screen International
