About the film:
In a remote village of Roman-era Egypt, a carpenter (played by Nicolas Cage) and his wife (FKA twigs) raise a boy known only as “the Boy” (Noah Jupe), who begins to question his past and his guardian’s authority when a mysterious child appears, triggering the revelation of terrifying supernatural powers — powers that unleash horrors both natural and divine, and threaten to destroy the fragile refuge their family has built.
