Grief-stricken widow Róise becomes convinced that a stray dog is her husband Frank reincarnated. As Róise begins to open herself back up to the outside world and regain the happiness that she had lost, she allows her canine companion to coach the local children’s Hurling team.

About the filmmakers:
Rachael Moriarty and Peter Murphy are an Irish film writing and directing team. Working together since their college days, they have written and directed a number of short films, including Die Cycle (1993), The Family Tree (2005), and Waterloo Dentures (2004). In 2015, they premiered their debut feature film Traders (2015), which screened at international film festivals around the world – including Fantasia, Dublin, and Cleveland – and won the Audience Award at the 2016 Belfast Film Festival. Róise &; Frank (2023) is their second feature film.
