Jorma Taccone is an American filmmaker, writer, actor, and comedian best known as a member of the comedy group The Lonely Island alongside Andy Samberg and Akiva Schaffer. He gained prominence through his work on Saturday Night Live, where the group created influential digital shorts that helped redefine online comedy. Taccone co-directed the cult comedy MacGruber (2010) and has directed episodes of television including Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Known for his irreverent humor and musical sensibility, his work blends satire, parody, and pop culture with a distinctive comedic voice.
