About the film:

Finding himself in a new era, approaching retirement, Indy wrestles with fitting into a world that seems to have outgrown him. But as the tentacles of an all-too-familiar evil return in the form of an old rival, Indy must don his hat and pick up his whip once more to make sure an ancient and powerful artifact doesn’t fall into the wrong hands.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023) marks the fifth – and final – installment of the iconic “Indiana Jones” franchise, with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas serving as executive producers and with music by John Williams, who has scored each Indy adventure since the original Raiders of the Lost Ark in 1981.

Conceived by George Lucas and Steven Spielberg as a modern take on 1930s pulp adventures, the stories of Indiana Jones refreshed a genre that hadn’t been popular in decades, and helped inspire a new generation of filmmakers.

“a rollicking adventure… with a third-act twist so off-the-rails you have to applaud… finally bringing full circle the original concept of Indiana Jones”
