About the filmmaker:
From Academy Award-winning filmmaker Charlie Kaufman, the writer behind Being John Malkovich (1999) and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004). His directorial debut, Synecdoche, New York (2008), was nominated for the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival. Kaufman also wrote and directed the animated masterpiece Anomalisa (2015).
