After a run-in with the cops at a punk show goes sideways, Chelsea and her pals flee the city in search of a place to lay low. Running to the security of an old, abandoned family cabin in the woods, they fall under the watchful eye of an overzealous park ranger who holds a secret from Chelsea’s past.

Jenn Wexler is an American filmmaker known for her energetic, character-driven work in independent horror. She made her feature directorial debut with The Ranger (2018), a punk-infused slasher that premiered at the Museum of Modern Art and screened at festivals around the world. Her second feature, The Sacrifice Game (2023), premiered at the Fantasia International Film Festival and earned acclaim for its stylish blend of holiday horror, dark humor, and emotional storytelling. Wexler has also worked extensively as a producer, helping bring a range of distinctive independent genre films to the screen, and has established herself as a vibrant voice in contemporary horror cinema.
