Three stories concerning the relationships between adult children, their somewhat distant parent (or parents), and each other: a reclusive father visited by his grown children in the US, sisters visiting their novelist mother in Dublin, and adult twins called back to their Paris apartment to address a family tragedy.


About the filmmaker:
Jim Jarmusch is an American filmmaker and writer from Akron, Ohio. In the late 70’s, Jarmusch studied film at NYU’s Graduate Film program where he was classmates with Spike Lee. Throughout his career, Jarmusch went on to direct 12 feature length films with award nominations and winners in various film festivals. His notable features include Stranger Than Paradise (1984), Down by Law (1986), Dead Man (1995), and Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai (1999).
