About the filmmaker:
Lee Cronin is an Irish film writer and director. He wrote and directed the 2014 Méliès d’Argent award-winning short, Ghost Train, and premiered his debut feature film, the supernatural horror film The Hole in the Ground, at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. He also wrote and directed the latest film in the Evil Dead franchise, Evil Dead Rise (2023), which is executive produced by series creator and horror icon Sam Raimi and cult legend, “Ash” himself, Bruce Campbell.
