About the film:
While on vacation in Poland, Bethany breaks away from a romantic itinerary planned by her doting boyfriend, Rob, fearing that a marriage proposal is imminent. Reuniting instead with an old friend, Nel, the two women rekindle a uniquely combustible chemistry over the course of a few days in a chaste but burning trust predicated on sapphic synchronicity and a mutual penchant for poetry.

Pete Ohs is an American independent filmmaker known for his inventive, improvisational approach to storytelling and intimate, character-driven narratives. He gained recognition with films such as Jethica (2022), which premiered at the SXSW Film Festival, and continues his exploration of lo-fi genre and experimental storytelling with Erupcja (2024). Ohs’s work often blurs the line between fiction and reality, emphasizing performance, spontaneity, and a playful approach to form.
