About the filmmaker:
Ignacio “Nacho” Vigalondo is a Spanish filmmaker, writer, actor, and musician. Inspired by cult directors like David Lynch and Peter Jackson, Vigalondo studied Visual Communication and began making short films in the early 2000s. His 2003 short 7:35 in the Morning was nominated for an Academy Award. Vigalondo’s 2008 debut feature, Timecrimes, impressed the indie world and established him as a favorite at Fantastic Fest.
