About the filmmaker:
Christy Hall is an American writer, director, and producer. Hall wrote the teleplay for Netflix’s supernatural coming-of-age show I Am Not Okay With This (2020), and she wrote the screenplay for and produced the upcoming film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel “It Ends With Us.” Hall’s directorial debut, Daddio (2024), premiered at the 2023 Telluride Film Festival and was an official selection at numerous other festivals, including the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival.
