About the film:
Four years after escaping The Grabber, Finney Blake, now 17, is struggling with his life after captivity. His sister Gwen begins receiving calls in her dreams from the black phone and seeing disturbing visions of three boys being stalked at a winter camp. The siblings are determined to solve the mystery and confront a killer who has grown more powerful in death and far more significant to them than either can imagine.

Scott Derrickson is an American filmmaker best known for his work in horror, supernatural, and comic-book genres. After co-writing Scream 3 (2000), he directed The Exorcism of Emily Rose (2005), which blended courtroom drama with terror and revived interest in mainstream horror. Derrickson then directed Sinister (2012), Deliver Us from Evil (2014), and Doctor Strange (2016) for Marvel Studios, bringing cosmic visuals and spiritual conflict to the superhero realm. His recent films continue to fuse horror with metaphysical themes, exploring the boundary between belief and fear.
