Alex Phillips is an American independent filmmaker, writer, and producer known for his bold, unconventional storytelling in low-budget genre cinema. He made his feature directorial debut with All Jacked Up and Full of Worms (2022), a surreal and provocative horror film that premiered at the Fantasia International Film Festival, earning a Special Jury Mention and later screening at Fantastic Fest in the Burnt Ends program.
