About the filmmakers:
Chinese-American writer, director Hao Wu is well known for his Chinese centered documentaries. One of his most notable works, People’s Republic of Desire, was the Grand Jury Award winner for Best Documentary Feature at the 2018 South by Southwest. For 76 Days, he teamed up to co-direct with documentary short filmmaker Weixi Chen.
