Meet-up in The Festival Lounge 3:30PM | Film screenings 4:30PM

Join us for the premiere screenings from this year’s 48 Hour Film Project! At the end of July, local filmmaking teams created wildly inventive short films over the course of 48 hours. On Saturday, August 12 and Sunday, August 13, experience their creative work on the big screen at the Film Center.

Local judges will determine the winning films, with more than a dozen prizes to award—from Best Acting to Best Directing to the top prize: Best Film. The winner of Best Film goes to the Filmapalooza film festival in March 2024, and is eligible for a spot in the 48 Hour Film Project screening at the Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner.
