When tech billionaire Slater King meets cocktail waitress Frida at his fundraising gala, sparks fly. He invites her to join him and his friends on a dream vacation on his private island. It’s paradise. Wild nights blend into sun-soaked days and everyone’s having a great time. No one wants this trip to end, but as strange things start to happen, Frida begins to question her reality. There is something wrong with this place. She’ll have to uncover the truth if she wants to make it out of this party alive.
About the filmmaker:
Zoë Kravitz is an American actress and filmmaker. She made her acting debut in the romantic comedy No Reservations (2007), and has since captivated audiences with her work in highly acclaimed films such as The Batman (2022) and Mad Max: Fury Road (2017), and the celebrated EMMY Award-winning series Big Little Lies (2017 and 2019). She both starred in and was the executive producer for Hulu’s series adaptation of High Fidelity (2020). She is making her directorial debut this year with the original film Blink Twice (2024), written by Kravitz alongside E.T. Feigenbaum.
